In July, for the second time, Oakley united the bike community in Munich. Three days of community rides, inspiring talks and exciting workshops. By riders. For riders.
After more than 20 years of partnership with Oakley, I was particularly pleased to be invited to create a mindset workshop with Philipp Seipp and Sophia Schlederer. "Oakley's campaign for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games says it all: "Winning is an inside job" - the motto on which our workshop is built.
Those who make it are all world class. They perform at the highest level. But medals are won by those who have the right mindset. That is why our workshop focused on the three pillars of body awareness, emotion regulation and learning. Thanks to Sophia Schlederer and Philipp Seipp, it was an absolute pleasure to work with you.
In addition to the workshop, I had the pleasure of moderating the talk "Queens & Kings. Why is cycling so different for women and men? Is it really the well-known challenges or is there a deeper level that no one dares to talk about in the minefield of pitfalls? Together with athletes such as reigning MTB downhill world champion Vali Höll, Justyna Czapla (Canyon//Sram Racing pro), Alison Jones (former TDF athlete, COO Canyon), Laura Claus (GRL PCK), Felix Diehl (Scott Germany, Leader WednesdayWorlds), Max Höflich (sports scientist and coach) and Peter Walberer (Sports Marketing Oakley), we talked about a clean slate and went to the place where change really happens. Because we are all kings and queens!

Thank you Oakley for the invitation and the wonderful event. Perfect organisation by @superneo_communication . Thanks for the Pics @kathrinschafbauer & @kieslichstom.
